Morning everyone. Posted below are the writing prompts I plan to use next week. I’ve posted them below, as I do every week for those of you who want to see them without my writing attached. That way you can do them on your own and see what your brain kicks out without being influenced by what comes out of my brain. It always astounds me that one simple sentence can be taken in so many directions. I used to belong to a writer’s group and when we did these prompts everyone came up with an entirely different story. It was always fun to see.
Now as I am sure many of you are aware, Next week is Thanksgiving, at least for me anyway (it might not be where you are). I’m still going to have a prompt for that day, but I will be posting the weekly article that is posted every Thursday on Wednesday instead. I think those are the only changes. If anything else changes I’ll let you know on Monday. So here are next week’s prompts.
Monday, November 23rd: Somehow he was branded an outlaw.
Tuesday, November 24th: It looked as though no one was home.
Wednesday, November 25th: The comet blazed across the sky.
Thursday, November 26th: The house stood as it always had.
Friday, November 27th: He was a quiet man.
