For those of you who would like to see the prompts that were done this year, I’ve pasted the list below. It starts with the Monday, December 30th, 2019 and ends with Friday, January 1st, 2021. I’m sure there were a couple of days missing and there might be a few prompts that repeated, however even if the prompt repeated, the story that came out of it was different each time. Some of the story ideas that came out of these exercise are simply the literary equivalent of throat clearing while others will go on to be stories of their own. The point wasn’t to create something great in fifteen minutes but to wake up my brain and get me in the habit of writing every day. They managed to do both. I can’t wait to see what stories arrive in 2021.
