Upcoming Prompts for the Week of July 26th – 30th, 2021

It’s hard to believe that we are facing down the last week of July. It seems like the entire month has just whooshed by. I am working on the final draft of a novel set to be released the early part of August and I think I’ve just kept my head down with that, buried in my own plot and edits. At least that is my excuse for why the month evaporated when i wasn’t looking. Still, July was still a pretty good month. and there is still one more week left in it.

Do you want to see the writing prompts for that week?

Monday, July 26th: We waited expectantly.

Tuesday, July 27th: The colors were spectacular.

Wednesday, July 28th: Butterflies hovered in the air.

Thursday, July 29th: The celebration was long overdue.

Friday, July 30th: We took no pleasure in the chore.

Don’t those look like fun? They look like prompts you can talk almost anywhere. I can’t wait to see where they end up taking me. And if you feel like sharing where they ended up taking you, feel free. I’d love to find out. But for now, I am going to forget they are there, and get back to my regularly scheduled editing-fest. The end is in sight and when ended i can get back to new writing. Won’t that be fantastic? Have a great weekend and I’ll see you back here bright and early Monday morning.
