Another week down and another set of prompts completed. In truth this past week was really good for me. I managed to find a couple of story ideas and at least two characters I want to use in other places. It was kind of the jackpot of writing prompts. I know the main point is to get your brain into a writing mindset and to clear away all of the fluff, but coming up with extra story ideas and background characters doesn’t hurt anything.

Monday, January 17th: The mosquitos were out in force and in less than an hour he had forty six bites.
Tuesday, January 18th: They watched with growing horror.
Wednesday, January 19th: They danced with abandon.
Thursday, January 20th: “You can’t honestly expect me to believe that.”
Friday, January 21st: It sat heavily in his mind.
That looks like an interesting mix to me. But now I am going to forget that I saw them and let myself be surprised each morning as they arrive.
