Upcoming Writing Prompts for the week of February 21st – 25th, 2022

Oh my it seems like the end of the month is creeping up on us already. It is the curse of the short month. Still ticking along is better than finding time weighing heavily. This week was a bit interesting for me in terms of writing prompts. The theme from my regular writing seemed to seep in and infuse most of the prompts this week. Which as I was trying to untangle a plot twist that got kinked up around the issue I suppose makes sense. I think I have figured it out those issues so perhaps there will be more variations in next week’s prompts and they won’t all come out of the same basic thematic universe. Let’s see what we’ll be working with shall we?

Monday, February 21st: He watched the players move aggressively across the stage.

Tuesday, February 22nd: Steve knew he heard the name before, but he couldn’t place it.

Wednesday, February 23rd: There were soft rustlings in the undergrowth.

Thursday, February 24th: He caught it with great difficulty.

Friday, February, 25th: The coffee was cold.

That looks like a well varied list. It should be fun to work with next week. But for now, I am going to let it go and forget that I saw any of those sentences until I pick the first one up Monday morning. I’ll see you back here bright and early for the first on the list. Have a great Friday.
