And so we have wrapped up another week of writing prompts. July is just chugging along isn’t it? which is kind of fun as with the heat and humidity here it feels like everything is in slow motion. I am not complaining in this case. I am more than ready for this summer to be over. I suspect however that this year summer is going to hold on for a bit longer and we won’t actually see the fall weather until after Halloween. I could be wrong, but that is my guess. As last year I was still picking the last of the tomatoes in the middle of October, the guess might not be that far off
But that is for later me to contemplate. For now it is time to look at the next set of writing prompts. Are you ready to see what we will be working with next week?
Monday, July 17th: She was extremely thirsty.
Tuesday, July 18th: I hoped for more than that from you.
Wednesday, July 19th: The floor tiles were cracked.
Thursday, July 20th: She inhaled deeply.
Friday, July 21st: It cut deep.
So many possibilities. I can’t wait to get to them. But i will. In fact I will completely forget them until next week and i suggest you do the same. Until then, have a great weekend.
