My Short Story The Last Sacrifice, is now available on Amazon and Smashwords.
Each weekday morning I wake up and I tackle one of the morning writing prompts. Sometimes the prompts end up being nothing more than clearing away the mental fog and getting my brain ready for a day of writing. Other times, they create characters, give me settings or ideas and occasionally they become stories in and of themselves.
This new story release, The Last Sacrifice is a short story that came from one of the morning prompts. It is now available on both Amazon and Smashwords for those who would like to see one of the prompts in their final form. While I will be continuing my series books in the upcoming year (I know I took a bit of a hiatus due to unexpected family drama that it took my brain a bit longer to process than I expected) I will also be sprinkling in the writings that have evolved from these morning prompts throughout the upcoming year and beyond. Some are short stories, others novellas and a few have even reached full length manuscript status and grown up to be books all on their own.
I was keeping them until I finished out a few of my series but I decided that they too deserved to see the sun and have the chance to (hopefully) be enjoyed by readers.
