Well we have entered the first week of prompts into the books. How is everyone feeling? Oddly enough I feel really good about this week’s prompts. I always feel a little off balance with a Monday holiday, but even with that I ended up with several stories I really want to work on in the near future. Most of them somewhat dark. which is odd a it has been a really good week. Maybe it is the nature documentaries I’ve been falling asleep to. One of them did feature dinosaurs so maybe that is where the potential violence came from.
Or maybe I’m just bent. Or it is just the post holiday darkness. No clue, but I did get several story ideas to play around with so I am not complaining. Shall we see what next week’s sentence starters look like?
Monday, January 8th: Bubbles drifted through the air.
Tuesday, January 9th: He lifted the decanter.
Wednesday, January 10th: The rain pattered down in a steady staccato.
Thursday, January 11th: The window fogged up.
Friday, January 12th: The blanket was soft and warm.
An interesting mix. It should be fun to see what comes from them. For now though I will let them rest and come back fresh to the first of them on Monday. I hope you have a fabulous Friday and a wonderful weekend. See you Monday.
