We have not only reached the end of the week but it looks like we are rapidly running out of April. I have to say I am pleased that the weather does seemed to have picked a season. April was all over the place. We had cold days we had hot days, we had days that started off warm and then had the temps plummet after lunch, kind of like my energy levels if I have pasta for lunch. And yes the season we have now settled on is supper and I know that as the temps rise I will slowly start to complain about the heat. Mostly as I suspect it will be a blood boilingly hot summer this year, But for the moment, I am just glad that it just looks like the see saw temps have settled. I will be content with that for now.
I also need to buy some t-shirts as the ones that survived last summer looked bleached out and raggedy when I pulled them from the drawer. They were the best of last years summer wear, and I was happy something survived, but I think they are less survivors and more zombies.
But for now… the upcoming prompts
Monday, April 29th: The bottles were all made of green glass.
Tuesday, April 30th: I made a promise.
Wednesday, May 1st: The fountain gurgled.
Thursday, May 2nd: He made certain the car was washed.
Friday, May 3rd: The lake was still.
As always they look full of potential. But we will forget them until next week. Or at least that is my plan. Hopefully you will be joining me, Have a fab Friday and an excellent weekend.
