Another week down and October is truly here. I love October. Temperratures start t drop, the weather starts to behave itself and while there is the big Hallowen Spectacular at the end of the month, until then you just sort of coast. Then after the skeletons of Halloween are put back in the closet we have the slalom ride through the holidays blurring November and December into a blob until wee are ejected out of 2024 into the new year.
So I plan to enjoy October as much s possible. And stay out of the way of people doing repair work. Shall we see what the coming week’s sentences are?
Monday, October 7th: The dress was an electric blue.
Tuesday, October 8th: She held the envelope out to me.
Wednesday, October 9th: The mattress was firmer than I was used to.
Thursday, October 10th: The figs were beginning to ripen.
Friday, October 11th: It was covered in wax.
