Ah the holidays. My plan is to write on the upcoming prompts during this week but to be honest, it may be in a notebook or at an unexpected time if I do. And I may not get to them at all. Holidays. So I am reposting the rest of this week’s prompts so they are fresh in your mind and then adding Next week’s so that if you find yourself with the urge to complete the prompts this week, you will not go wanting. I always get a little twitchy when I don’t do my morning writing and I would hate to give anyone else the same feeling. So…
Wednesday, December 25th: The general will arrive soon.
Thursday, December 26th: He took a deep breath.
Friday, December 27th: The ice glimmered like silver.
Monday, December 30th: He lowered his hands into the water.
Tuesday, December 31st: He laughed until his belly hurt.
Wednesday, January 1st: It was a huge fish.
Thursday, January 2nd: His eyes narrowed with suspicion.
Friday, January 3rd: The fire sent sparks up into the velvet black of night.
A longer list of prompts than usual and while I will be skipping some, I will be back bright and early on December 30th to roll through the end of this year and into the next. I have some fun things planned for this upcoming year actually. But for now that will wait.
