Wednesday, March 12th: Write in

All this month we are working with the same photo so…

Last week we wrote of this cabin in sunlight. Which is how we see it. This week, I want you to add rain. It an be any type of rain you want, a light mist to make it seem romantic maybe, a thunderstorm to add drama perhaps. It can be a simple description of the cabin and it’s location, or you can add a character. Did they intend to come across this cabin? Did they find it by accident? How does the type of rain they find themselves in change how this cabin might be viewed? Are they in hiding and terrified the people here might call the police or are they seeking shelter? Why they are there will change how it is viewed as well as the weather, so if you want to stick with just the cabin, feel free, if you want to add a person or people, also feel free, just take a moment to figure out their situation (even in just broad strokes) before you describe it. Happy Writing.
