It is time to look at a ew event. While there are some large scale events, smaller ones also can be revealing. For this exercise an event is basically defined as something out of the ordinary. Today’s event may not be as grand, but there are so many things you can use it for.
Today’s Event: A rummage sale
This can be one your character attends or is a part of. They can even be preparing for a rummage sale. It leaves so many angles. Going through old items, deciding what to give away or keep if they are on the hosting side. If attending, what draws your character, or reminds them of something from their deep and distant past. And of course it could also be a place for a clue to be revealed or a new thought to occur. With a rummage sale there is also an easy way to add something that your character can see that they might not see otherwise. Decide how you want to take it and have fun. Happy Writing!
