Good morning everyone out there. Today is Tuesday and as always it is the day we focus on Emotions. The rules remain the same. Pick a character, whether it is one made up for this exercise or one from a story you are already working on. Descript the character having today’s emption without using the the word naming the emotion. Got it?
Today’s Emotion: Anticipatory
I like this one. It has the ring of eagerness about it. It leans more towards expecting something good to happen, but good can be defined by your character and your story. It could be a small child anticipating making a wish and blowing out the birthday candles on the cake, it could be someone anticipating his plans for revenge finally coming to fruition. As always it is your choice. Just remember to use your senses and don’t use the word anticipatory (or anticipation if you are thinking of cheating). Take the time to really describe someone who is anticipatory.
As always, Happy writing.
