Monday, April 14th: The Five Word Challenge

Morning everyone and welcome to the Monday Morning Writing Escercise. As always we kick Monday off with the five word challenge. The goal is to write something that includes all five of the words listed below. So get ready to stretch your vocab. As always below the words I will list out the dictionary’s actual definitions for them in case they spark a new thought you can use in your word usage.

Today’s words: Opened, Renegade, hunter, found, Bowed

Opened: verb

past tense: opened; past participle: opened 1.move or adjust (a door or window) so as to leave a space allowing access and view. 2. unfold or be unfolded; spread out.

Renegade: noun a person who deserts and betrays an organization, country, or set of principles. adjective having treacherously changed allegiance.

Hunter: noun 1.a person or animal that hunts. 2.a watch with a hinged cover protecting the glass.

Found: verb past and past participle of find. adjective .(of a ship) equipped; supplied. having been discovered by chance or unexpectedly.

Bowed: verb past tense: bowed; past participle: bowed play (a stringed instrument or music) using a bow.
