That’s right it is time for an event. And as it is May I decided to go with something that fit the month.
The Event: Graduation
As always events are useful for showing things in a different light. Does your sleuth need to see the principal/dean/headmaster give a speech to realize something about them? Is this the graduation that changes your character’s life? Does it show a softer, family side to a ruthless person? Attending, graduating or simply observing there are all sorts of ways to use this. Think of the use you want to put it to and write your story. As always, happy writing.
