Time to get emotional. Remember the entire goal of this exercise is to work on showing and not telling. The word for the emotion can’t be used in the description but otherwise have fun. Show facial expressions, body movements, even tone of voice. Just don’t name the emotion. Remember, show don’t tell.

Pick a character, create a situation and have fun with it. Make us see the emotion in the character and scene. Above all, have fun. Happy writing.
