Good morning everyone and welcome back. Throughout September we are focusing on school day firsts and so today’s focus shouldn’t come as any surprise.
Today’s Topic: First Day of Middle School/Junior High
So many changes at this time. So many different ways to take it. Often you are at a new school with a completely different set of kids depending on your district. Also middle school comes with it’s own sets of challenges and differences. It is for a lot of people a very difficult age in general. Again write it from any perspective you want and any way you want. Focus on one person with their individual struggles or place it in context. Remember this is your world. The scene you write can be placed in any time period or any planet you want. So think about your world, your character and some of the challenges of the age range. As always, happy writing.
