Good morning everyone. Are you ready for the morning writing exercise? Fabulous. As you know this month we are working through some fearsome exercises.
Today’s Fearsome Creature: Vampires
For some this involves sparkles and teen angst, for others this leans more towards Nosferatu. There are so many different kinds of vampires so just take the one you wat to write about and go deep with your description, since description is what it is all about. Think about the details that make your vampire unique, no matter what type or subtype you go for. Or create a creature that laughs in the face of what others believe a vampire is and come up with something else entirely. And if the creatures of the night aren’t your thing. use it metaphorically and describe a situation where someone is dealing with an emotional vampire or a situation that sucks out a person’s energy. Whether creature or concept, have fun with it, get creative with your descriptions and as always, happy writing.
