Good morning everyone. This November we are focusing our Wednesday Descriptions on the topic of travel. Listed below will be an item related to travel in one sort or another. The exercise is not just to write about the individual item in a descriptive way, but to use it as a way to start describing the world in which the objects are used.
Today’s Item: Shoes
These can be shoes used for easy removal at the airport, ancient hobnailed boots on a dwarf, soft riding boots, sneakers, hiking boots, stilettoes or any other shoe imaginable. These are the shoes your character has decided, for good or ill, to wear on their travels. Describe them. And let them lead you into the character and the world beyond. And as always, happy writing.
