It is time once again for the Event of the week. We are using the term event as simply something that is out of your character’s daily life. It can be useful for showing information or character traits. Providing clues to a sleuth or even introducing two people who might not have ever met in their normal every day life.
Today’s Event: Open Mic Night
It could be poetry, comedy, karaoke, the choice is yours. But there needs to be a stage and a microphone. Beyond that, make it your own. Have fun with it and as always, happy writing.
