The 2026 Novel Writing Challenge: My Task #2

Morning everyone it is time to jump into the task challenge of the day. I am very excited about my story. And even though I did design these as slow and steady tasks I feel the need to race ahead and jump into the story. I won’t but I kind of want to. The reason they are designed as small is to keep them circling in the brain so plot bits can be added and maybe worked out. It is certainly working as my story is certainly picking up plot debris from my thoughts as it circles, like a strip of duct tape in a Cheetos factory. But that is why I have the odds and ends notebook. For now, it is on to Task #2
