Are we really closing in on the last week of January? My goodness how this month has flown by. Seems unreal. But we have gotten a lot done in January. There have been Chapters posted, tasks completed for the writing challenge. In fact at the end of next week we will be about halfway through the our novel planning tasks. (There are forty tasks before we start the actual writing part). And of course we wrote on a bunch of prompts.
As a quick note, there is a lot of crazy weather heading our way and they are saying if we lose power in the ice storms it could be out for a week. So If you tune in next week and don’t see any of the prompts and tasks up, you know what happened. I will just jump back in when we actually have power and then we will be back into the novel planning mode. With luck though there will be no interruption. Just wanted to add the just in case.
But whether I get to post mine or not, here are the prompts for next week.
Monday, January 26th: The drink was pink and decorated with tropical fruit.
Tuesday, January 27th: He kissed my forehead.
Wednesday, January 28th: Her heels clicked on the tiles.
Thursday, January 29th: She smirked behind her father’s back.
Friday, January 30th: The tears came without warning.
Ta Da! I am sure those will produce interesting story moments. But for now, we forget they exist and let them wait for next week. Then we can come to them fresh and with no prior expectations. Hopefully with full power and working internet. Truthfully the internet might go out before the power, I’ve already gotten a warning that the internet may get taken down by weather. So stay warm, Stay safe and with luck normality will resume on Monday with no interruptions. Fingers crossed.
