Upcoming Prompts for the week of February 2nd – 6th, 2026

Yup it is February. And I find myself having to add the same warning as I added last week. While I don’t think this afternoon’s snow will do too much damage here, we have really cold temperatures following. Our internet seems to really not like the cold. So if it decides to work then everything will go along as usual. If it doesn’t then I may be lagging behind on posts next week. So if I disappear for a few days at the start of next week it means the internet went down. Should be fine, but just a heads up in case. Now lets see the list of prompts we are using to kick February off…

Monday, February 2^nd: I waited for a full hour.

Tuesday, February 3^rd: They were upgraded to first class.

Wednesday, February 4^th: I sipped the soda slowly.

Thursday, February 5^th: I am waiting for my ride.

Friday, February 6^th: The humiliation was scalding hot.
