Morning all. It has been an oddly productive week. It felt like I was spinning my wheels for most of it, but looking back, I did get a lot done. I always feel like this doing final edits. I really want something done and have to force myself to slow down, check commas, argue with the autocorrect. I know there is someone the latest update of word helps but it is not designed for fiction writers. It does not like my word choices and I have found myself looking things up just to make sure I am using them correctly more than I ever have. I’ve even read specific sentences to people to double check. I have come to the conclusion that word simply doesn’t like fiction. Or is trying to drive me mad.
Possibly both.
But for now let’s look at next week’s writing prompts.
Monday, March 30th: I never forgot.
Tuesday, March 31st: I stared at the recipe.
Wednesday, April 1st: The pictures confirmed my worst fears.
Thursday, April 2nd: The cat stared as though judging the situation.
Friday, April 3rd: What is it you want?
Aren’t those lovely? Well maybe not now but picture them all done up with stories attacked. Sentence renovation if you will. As for me I am going to forget about them now and come to them fresh to see what can be made of them. Have a fabulous Friday and a wonderful weekend beyond.
