This year (and possibly beyond) I am going through my stockpile of manuscripts, editing and releasing books from the dungeon tend to refer to as ‘I forgot I wrote those.’ And so we have the second novella in the Adventures of Hazel Thorne. It is now available on Amazon and Smashwords.
Having survived the attack on the safehouse, Hazel and the others are takin into the main office of the Eastern District to learn the focus and control they will need to be safe in the outside world. Once they pass their tests they will be free to resume their lives.
While Hazel has already passed the test, her results were filed under her DNA rather than name so she can stay with the others. Her name will be added once everyone is cleared to leave. However her entry into the system triggers notifications and soon Hazel is finding out more about her family than she imagined and wondering if anyone is who they really seem.
