The Scene: A contentious city council meeting
How you play that is your own design. People could be arguing about trash can placements, new construction or a stop light. It could be more personal with two councilors at war and each determined that the other will not get their way no matte what the issue. As you describe this scene, remember to keep it at 200 words or less.
