The 2026 Novel Writing Challenge: My Task #137

Editing Chapter 11 went really well for me. I only missed two commas and had one word change. Reading the sentence I am pretty sure I had predictive text on with Word at the time because I would not have chose the word. Admittedly it is one of those words I tend to misspell on the first pass so I suspect the computer was trying it’s best to come up with the word I wanted. Its choice just didn’t fit the sentence. And I did turn the auto correct and things off while writing because out drove me a bit nuts. I’ll let it mark up the pages during my final edit to see if there is anything I truly missed, but it is off until that last pass. It doesn’t like my writing.
