Today’s writing exercise is another description and meaning one. Take the object below and describe it in as much detail as you can. Then make it vital to your story. You can decide the vital bits before the description if it helps. I generally find some work better description first and others meaning first, so there is no set order. Just make the item important in some way.
Today’s object…a coin
Is it a rare and valuable one? Is it from a country that proves the person travelled? Is it a coin that isn’t actual currency like a token that leads somewhere else…
