The 2026 Novel Writing Challenge: My Task #100

Reaching Task #100 feels like a bit of a milestone. We still have a couple of more days for the writing phase of this challenge. While I am loving this and will hopefully have my first draft of this novel for the challenge done by Friday I think next year I may break the challenges into shorter thirty day sections. But that is a thought for another time. For now, I feel pretty good about my morning writing. The end is in sight. I did intend for this to be a stand alone book but I think there is space left for it to actually blossom into a series if i choose. Or it could remain a stand alone book. I think that will depend on the next few days as I write my way to the end of the draft.
