I am always amazed at how weird my Chapter breaks become when I am writing. Especially when I have a limited amount of time to write each day. Sometimes I put them in and sometimes I will just write and forget that the chapter needs to break. I know it is a sign that I was in the zone when I have an exceedingly long chapter. I also know that there is generally something I needed to think through a little more in detail when I have a really short chapter. I had both in today’s read through. One chapter I broke into five separate chapters and another chapter that was only a little over a typed page had three separate conversations I skimmed over and needed to break out into actual conversations. That was the bulk of today’s read through edits. I did also mark two places in my plot where I need to check my plot and one where I need to think about the emotions in the scene.
All in all, not a bad run.
