Today’s task is not a surprise. We are on day two of our three day read through. And even though this is not really a hard edit, it is important to read through the manuscript as a whole to see how it holds together. Only by doing the read through can you find the pieces you may have missed when you were trying to get your plot and story on the page. So take your time.
Task #106 – Continue your read through, fixing the small things and making note of any major things that need fixing or adjusting (plot Gaps, emotional changes that need a bit more of a catalyst than you originally wrote in, don’t worry we will be concentrating on those next week) For now, fix the small things, mark the big things you might need a bit more time to think through before changing.
